Preventing Heatstroke

According to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change sixth assessment report, in the context of global warming, many changes in extreme weather and climate events have been observed since the mid-20th century, among which the frequent occurrence of high temperature and heat waves is a very significant feature.

When the temperature is too high, the balance of water and electrolysis in the human body will be destroyed, causing dizziness, chest tightness, etc. a series of physical discomforts, a condition called heatstroke.

How to prevent heat stroke: avoid going out during high temperature periods; strengthen ventilation and maintain a suitable room temperature; protect yourself from direct sunlight for a long time; if necessary, stay at a cool, ventilated place.

Heatstroke needs to be treated as an emergency.
