Prada Group and Capri Holdings jointly announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Prada will acquire Italian luxury label Versace in a cash transaction valued at €1.25 billion (approximately $1.375 billion). The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025.

 The acquisition marks a significant consolidation in the luxury fashion industry, further strengthening Prada Group’s portfolio and global influence.
