Our country is now holding two important meetings, the annual sessions of the National People's Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, starting May 21 in Beijing.

The Two Sessions usually run in March. This year, due to COVID-19, they were postponed to late May.

Our government, said at the Two sessions, would make a big push to ensure 'Six priorities' and stability in six areas. 

The six priorities are security in job, basic living needs, operations of market entities, food and energy security, stable industrial and supply chains, and the normal functioning of primary-level governments.

And the six areas include employment, financial operations, foreign trade, foreign investment, domestic investment, and expectations.
