Qingtuan is Worth a Try

The Qing Ming Festival of this year takes place on Wednesday, April 5th. A popular dish for this time is Qingtuan.

Qingtuan is a classic fare with a festive twist. The main raw materials are glutinous rice and mugwort, which finally presents the unique green color of mugwort.

Mugwort sprouts in early March and can be picked and eaten in mid-to-late March, so people always prepare Qingtuan in advance and share them with family and friends a few days before and after Qing Ming Festival.

Qingtuan is worth your try.
