Haikou International Duty Free City Shopping Complex, covering an area of 280,000 square meters, opened in late October, 2022. With its slogan "Duty Free, Free Plus", the shopping complex features more than 800 notable brands. 

Diageo Global Travel has opened a Whisky Boutique at the mall, for instance, while Rémy Martin, Martell, Camus, Courvoisier, Bacardi Grey Goose, Hennessy, Royal Salute and Patrón all has a strong branded presence.
