In order to build a better learning organization, we’ve decided to set up a Reading Club from now on in 2018! The club leader is one of our managers – Rebecca.

All Lykwell employees are invited to join the Reading Club. Books record a wide range of things about work and life. They can teach us, move us, give us new perspectives, and help shape us. Reading brings us both knowledge and entertainment. By reading, we can learn lots of information, skills and know how things happen and how to avoid bad things from happening. And the most powerful books change our lives forever.

When Rebecca invites the overseas sales team to join the club, each of them is excited to say:” I want in”. What a learning team working for customers all over the world while keeping growing by daily reading.
